High-Vibe Tribes & Quantum Leaps: Lessons from My First Month in Business

One month into launching The Mindset Model and all I can say is… what a ride. Think part rollercoaster, part spiritual awakening, part group therapy with fabulous branding.
I knew starting a business would be a lot...I just didn’t realise it would feel like being launched out of a glitter cannon straight into the multiverse of personal growth, spreadsheets, and soul-led strategy. It’s been the scariest, most exhilarating, “who-do-I-think-I-am?” moment of my life. And I’ve done some wild things before...mainly involving nudity & the ring of fire...but thats a story for another time
So… what have I learnt in my first month as a CEO?
Don't do it alone!
This isn’t some cute Pinterest quote. It’s a genuine survival tip!!
I started off thinking I had to be the social media manager, the copywriter, the accountant, the funnel builder, the PR strategist, the IT wizard, the course creator, the brand guru… and still have time to walk around the house pretending I’m already a billionaire.
Turns out that’s a fast-track route to burnout. And breakdowns. Possibly in that order.
So I did something INSANE: I asked for help. I started building a team of absolute Kings & queens.
👑 My Accountant...A wizard in heels. I never thought I would say this but I LOVE my accountant, there I was picturing a balding boring AF man with a briefcase ...and in struts the most stunning boss babe- Zöe From Zen Accounting, the number one thing that FREAKED me out about owning a business was Tax and all the sensible shit that goes with it?! but now...not a gram of fuck shall be given.
👑 My Brand Director...A psychic in disguise (how else did she know exactly what was in my head?) bringing to life my vision and brand voice- here is a question for you- do you want the most exceptionally EPIC brading on the planet?..YES? get yourself some Dominique from Novai Studio!
👑 My Photographer Caught my soul on camera. No filter needed. For the ultimate photoshoot experience that captures every essence of your soul and authenticity? Zöe Birkbeck photography hands down winner winner.
👑 My Tech & Digital Marketing Squad a company that is GENUINE, dedicated to your success, and wont rip you off? very hard to find! having ZERO clue about Techy stuff, SEO and cookies (I obviously know plenty about the triple choc chip kind) Relton Digital marketing is your absolute go too!
👑 My Business Coach & Strategist...and finally as if by magic...appeared Kayleigh Greenacre...a goddess who has done ALL of the things! TED talks , featured in Magazines, built a 7-figure coaching business , published author- a full body yes SIGN ME UP for everything you are doing!
Surrounding myself with people who’ve walked the path, built empires, and know the power of a good mindset and a Google Doc? Game. Changing.
Energy is Everything
You’ve heard “your vibe attracts your tribe,” right? Well, I’m here to tell you-it’s true. I started following the likes of Kathryn Zenkina (Manifestation babe) Kathleen Cameron (Diamond Academy) and the late, great Bob Proctor long before I ever had the guts to say, “I’m building a business.”
These sensational humans cracked my brain open and sprinkled in magic. Suddenly I realised… this world is way more mystical, abundant, and multidimensional than I’d been taught.
We’re not just here to survive-we’re here to create. To lead. To manifest. To become.
And I don’t know about you, but I want to build my business in alignment, not in anxiety. I want my calendar full of soul-led sessions, not soul-sucking tasks. And I want to be around people who get it!!
Big leaps come from bold decisions
There’s a moment in entrepreneurship where you’re about to do something terrifying-like pressing “launch” or raising your prices-and your inner saboteur goes, “Maybe we should just bake banana bread instead?”
Ignore that bitch.
I’ve learned that every quantum leap starts with a decision to back yourself louder than your fears. It doesn’t mean you won’t be scared. It means you’ll take the leap with shaking knees and still stick the landing (or at least, land in the arms of your high-vibe support squad).
Final Thought: Become the person you once needed
The most beautiful part of this journey? Realising that I now get to be the woman I used to look up to.
The one with the vision.The voice.The values.The heels.And the hilarious (even if I say so myself)

So if you’re starting something new, chasing a dream, or just wondering
“is there more for me?” .....bloody hell yes there is. And the answer is never to go it alone!
Surround yourself with people who’ve already walked in the direction of your dreams. Get yourself a team, even if it starts with one person who sees your potential.
Because success isn’t a solo sport-it’s a group manifestation.
And trust me, you want your group to be full of Queens
